WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR SUPPLIED ITEMS.
Accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty.
This warranty covers only the replacement or repair of the material recognized as defective, and in such case the return transport costs are included. Any repair or replacement will not be carried out until the material has been received and inspected by Toldos Online.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse or installation of the products (see below for warranty exclusions).
Keep the invoice as a guarantee of purchase, so that you can use it in the future.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty is not included in the following cases:
- Products damaged due to normal wear and tear.
- Damaged products due to weather conditions.
- Products repaired or manipulated by persons other than our technicians.
- Damaged products due to a bad assembly and installation.
- Damaged or discolored products due to the use of chemical products for maintenance or cleaning.
- The warranty does not cover product corrosion.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS:
All products offered in our store have the manufacturer's warranty of 1 year according to current legislation for any manufacturing defect; taking into account that the warranty is invalidated in case of any of the following circumstances:
- Blows and/or breakage caused by misuse.
- Failure to follow the instructions for use and handling.
- Faulty installation and/or installation errors.
- Incorrect supply voltage.
- Damage due to natural phenomena or catastrophes such as storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, fires, etc., whether or not they affect the electrical supply.
This warranty will be honored by the manufacturer of the product.
Shipping costs incurred for the return and collection of the product in the warranty period will always be at CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. However Toldos Online, assume these costs within the first 15 days of the warranty, and assume any manufacturer's defect within that period.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the last of these goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us [Insert your name, your full address and, if available, your telephone number, your fax number and your e-mail address] of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to [insert the name and address, if any, of the person authorized by you to receive the goods], without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
"The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:
a) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
c) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

LIMITED LIABILITY
awnosonline is not liable for any kind of damage, either direct or indirect, caused by possible errors of any nature in the data sent by the user, except in case of fraud or gross negligence.
In the case of error not attributable to the user or delivery of a defective or damaged product,Toldos Online will be obliged to exchange the product only once.
Upon receipt of the order, the user must examine the products received. Possible defects in the delivered goods, material errors not attributable to the user must be reported immediately by email to info@toldosonline.es, indicating the order number and attaching photographs justifying the claim up to a maximum period of 14 days from the date you received the order. awnosonline will do everything possible to deal with the claims in the shortest possible time from receipt of the same, except weekends and holidays.
Toldos Online assumes no liability whatsoever arising, by way of example but not limited to:
1. of any damages caused to users as a result of normal or abnormal operation of the search tools, the organization or location of the contents and / or access to the Website and, in general, errors or problems that are generated in the development or instrumentation of the technical elements that the Website or a program provides to the user.
2. Of the acts or omissions of third parties, regardless of whether these third parties may be linked to Toldos Online by contract.
3. Of the access of minors to the contents included in the web, being the responsibility of their parents or guardians to exercise adequate control over the activity of children or minors in their care or install any of the tools to control the use of the Internet in order to prevent access to materials or content unsuitable for minors, as well as the sending of personal data without the prior authorization of their parents or guardians.
4. Errors or delays in accessing the Web Site by the user when entering your data in the Order Form, the slowness or impossibility of receipt by the recipients of the order confirmation or any anomaly that may arise when these incidents are due to problems in the Internet network, acts of God or force majeure and any other unforeseeable contingency beyond the good faith of awningsonline. awningsonline does not accept cancellations or modifications of orders after the technical conformity of uploading files and the actual formalization of payment.
5. Failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transmissions, so that there is no guarantee that the Web Site is constantly operational.
6. Errors or damages caused to the Web Site by an inefficient and bad faith use by the Member or User.
7. The non-operability or problems in the email address provided by the user to send the order confirmation.
awnosonline reserves the right, always in compliance with applicable regulations, to modify the conditions of application of promotions, extend them duly communicated, or proceed to the exclusion of any of the participants of the promotion in the event of detecting any anomaly, abuse or unethical behavior in the participation of the same (such as mass purchases, commercial activities, fraudulent activity, among others).
